With nearly two decades of experience in both general and special education, we are committed to bridging the gap between instructional best practices and real-world classroom application.

WHY IT MATTERS
Why this mission matters to me
I spent a decade in a self-contained autistic support classroom, and I learned something there that I’ve carried into every school since. When students feel safe, they learn. When teachers feel supported, they stay.
I’ve watched brand-new teachers get handed a room, a caseload, and a stack of IEPs with almost no training. I’ve watched families try to piece together support on their own. And I’ve watched what happens when someone finally gives them clear routines, practical tools, and a little encouragement. Things change fast.
That’s why this work exists. Jennipher Adams Educational Services is my way of giving teachers, administrators, and families the support I wish every classroom had. It’s built on real classroom experience, and it’s shaped by organizations like the Council for Exceptional Children that push our field to do better for students with disabilities.
