OUR VISION

JAES builds VISION through EDUCATION.

ENVISION is the heart of Jennipher Adams Educational Services and our vision through education. Each letter stands for something we bring to every school, family, and classroom we work with.

A cooperative system of community and education.

Jennipher Adams Educational Services envisioned a cooperative system of community and education for the purposes of individual and community sustainability.

We achieve ENVISION by including, listening, communicating, and providing an environment of education and accountability.

MEET THE FOUNDER

The vision behind the work.

Jennipher Adams Educational Services grew out of almost 20 years in general and special education classrooms. ENVISION is the vision through education I kept coming back to: schools, families, and communities working together so every learner can grow. It shapes how I coach teachers, how I evaluate homeschool students, and how I build every resource. If it doesn’t help a learner become more independent, more included, and more confident, it doesn’t make the cut.

LIVING THE VISION

Vision questions

What does ENVISION stand for?

Educational Navigation through Virtue, Independence, Sustainability, Inclusion, Opportunity, and Nurturing.

What is a cooperative system of community and education?

It means schools, families, and communities working together instead of in silos, so every learner has people supporting them in and out of the classroom.

How does the vision show up in your services?

In district coaching, it’s teachers supported by their whole team. In homeschool evaluations, it’s families who feel confident and celebrated. In resources, it’s tools that build independence.

Why is sustainability part of the vision?

Because the best support keeps working after I leave. We build systems, routines, and skills that teachers and families can keep using for years.

IN REAL LIFE

What it looks like in a classroom

A big idea only matters if you can see it in a classroom on a Tuesday morning. Here’s what ENVISION looks like when it’s working, and what a real vision through education looks like when it leaves the page and walks into a school. None of these moments are flashy. They’re small, everyday wins that add up to students who need a little less help each month and teachers who feel a little more sure of themselves each week.

  • A student who checks their own schedule and moves to the next activity without a prompt. That is independence.
  • A general education teacher and a special education teacher planning a lesson together. That is inclusion.
  • A first-year teacher who makes it to June and signs up for year two. That is sustainability.
  • A homeschool family who leaves their evaluation feeling proud instead of nervous. That is nurturing.

It also means honoring the law and the research. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act promises students with disabilities a free appropriate public education, and every part of ENVISION is about making that promise real in everyday classrooms.

WHERE IT STARTED

How the vision came together

The idea behind ENVISION started long before Jennipher Adams Educational Services had a name. It started in classrooms where I watched the same thing happen over and over. When families, teachers, therapists, and administrators worked together, students grew. When everyone worked alone, even great people burned out.

So the vision through education is simple. Build a system where everyone around a learner is pulling in the same direction. Share what works. Listen first. Keep each other accountable. And never lose sight of the student at the center of it all.

That’s the lens I bring to every school, every family, and every resource I create.
